DTF’s Vision - optimierte Lösungen für unsere Kunden:
Unsere Mission ist es, Brücken zwischen Forschung und industrieller Fertigung zu bauen, indem wir Komponenten und Anlagensysteme fertigen, die für die Entwicklung neuer Dünnschicht- und Vakuumprozesse für neue Anwendungsgebiete eingesetzt werden.
Unsere Kunden werden dabei im Rahmen des Projektes in unser Team integriert, um gemeinsam mit unseren Ingenieuren und Technologen eine optimale Anpassung des Equipments und der Prozesse an die Kundenanforderungen zu gewährleisten. Das ermöglicht transparente Entwicklungsprozesse und entscheidungen, die für eine optimale Toolentwicklung im Sondermaschinenbau unabdingbar sind.
Während des gesamten Prozesses der Konstruktion und des Aubaus des Equipments ist DTF in direkter Kommunikation mit dem Kunden. Zuverlässigkeit und Qualität sind dabei der Schlüssel, um erfolgreich unseren Anspruch “Made in Germany” für unsere Produkte umzusetzen.
DR. THORALF GEBEL
CEO of DTF,
holds a PhD in ion beam physics from Dresden Technical University. He has been working in the field of ion implantation and flash lamp annealing for more than 10 years.
Before founding DTF Technologies GmbH he was with a company producing thin-film and vacuum equipment (located near Dresden), FZD Dresden (Research Center Rossendorf) and infineon technologies AG in Dresden. He was founder and CEO of nanoparc GmbH, a company developing novel optical sensor technologies. His main interests are short time annealing processes (Flash Lamp and laser annealing) and ion beam related technologies.
DR. HARALD LIEPACK
CTO of DTF,
holds a PhD in materials science from Dresden Technical University. He has been working in the field of thin film technologies for more than 15 years.
Before founding DTF Technologies GmbH he was head of the Technology Division of a company producing thin-film and vacuum equipment. Before that he was a scientific assistant at IFW Dresden. His main interests include CVD, PECVD and also sputtering technologies.
